Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Personalised items are non returnable. Please make sure you are ordering the correct item and were applicable for the correct device. When ordering items such as phone and tablet cases double check the make and model of your device.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

In the first instance you should notify us by email to returns@phonecasecity.com stating the reason for the return and you will be given a returns number to include with the returned item.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable) * Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

All returns must be received by us no later than 30 days from the date you received the item.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend you use a tracked or signed for postal service as proof of postage is not proof of delivery should any items go missing in the post.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or arrive damaged. Subject to availability a like for like replacement will be shipped as soon as possible and within 14 days of receiving notification and suitable proof of the damage or defect. Notification should be sent by email to help@phonecasecity.com. To speed up the process clear photo’s should be attached of the item in question clearly showing the reason for the exchange request. Where a replacement like for like product is no longer available a refund will be issued.
